Take your time to achieve results.
Obtaining happiness and wisdom requires a good dose of patience, but it is also true that the despair is always lurking.
You can not start a journey of personal development if you do not have confidence in that location.
For this we must always be prepared not to get overwhelmed by disappointment and react properly.
And, again, as in most areas of life, meditation plays an important role, because it sharpens our mind and guide us in the right direction.
It can often happen to be the prey of an inner conflict: on the one hand there is your desire to improve yourself and the other the voice of your inner judge, who keeps telling you that you can do it, you are not led , are limited, you are not worthy and so on.
Instead you’re worthy of that teaching. You can achieve better results. Just to test and prove yourself.
Learn to recognize your intrinsic value, worthy of your achieving your dreams and your aspirations, both in personal and spiritual.
This does not mean that before we start a spiritual path, you get to this point. Indeed, this is one of the many gifts you get as you follow your path.
Nor can we improve an aspect of their lives without touching the others. So we should not be surprised if, when something changes or something good happens to us, it seems that everything goes the right way.
Often the improvement is almost imperceptible, it is not something we see at the moment. But then, having waited so long, something happens that makes us realize how we have changed over time and how our lives are more serene.
A big mistake is to expect immediate results in our path of personal development.
This happens especially with the teaching of meditation. Beginning meditation will seem fruitless. We will have the feeling of being distracted and not getting benefit from that teaching.
This is because we have the mistaken belief that if a method does not bring immediate results, does not work. But it is not. Each path requires time, dedication and patience and trust.
Then not make the mistake of asking too much. Let us commit ourselves totally to teaching and not to be too strict with ourselves.
Only the removal of the inner tension and living practice relaxation and serenity we have the best benefits.
Good luck to all you care about,
